When you submit an Initial Enquiry, we process the personal data that you provide through the form, including your identification and contact details and the information you choose to provide about your enquiry and the service you are interested in.

Please do not provide information that is not necessary for us to understand and respond to your enquiry.

The website also uses technical information and essential cookies required for its security, stability and core operation, as explained in section 7 below.

Personal data submitted through the Initial Enquiry form is processed in order to:

- receive, review and respond to your enquiry;
- understand the nature of the service you are requesting;
- communicate with you about your enquiry; and
- where appropriate, take steps at your request before entering into a service agreement.

Submitting an Initial Enquiry does not create a contractual relationship with Mia Moria.

5. How long do we keep your personal data?

Personal data relating to an Initial Enquiry is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to review, manage and respond to that enquiry and, where applicable, to continue the pre-contractual process requested by you.

If an enquiry progresses into a client relationship, the relevant personal data may subsequently be processed and retained as part of that relationship in accordance with the information applicable to the service.

Mia Moria uses service providers where necessary to operate the website, receive enquiries and maintain its digital infrastructure.

The website is built and hosted using Wix. Personal data processed through Wix may be processed in the European Union, Israel and other jurisdictions used by Wix and its service providers. Where personal data is transferred to a country that does not benefit from an applicable adequacy decision, Wix states that appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable, are used.

The Initial Enquiry form is provided through Microsoft Forms. For Microsoft Forms tenants whose default geography is within the European Union or EFTA, Microsoft states that Forms data is stored by default within its EU/EFTA macro-region.

These providers process data in accordance with their applicable data-processing terms and safeguards.

Mia Moria does not sell personal data.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This website is built using Wix.

Based on the current website configuration, only Wix components classified as Essential have been identified. These technologies are used for purposes necessary for the security, stability and core operation of the website.

No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising or marketing tracking integrations have been intentionally activated on the website at launch.

The website uses Usercentrics for cookie and privacy preference management. Where non-essential technologies are introduced in the future, they will be reviewed and, where required, will not be activated before the appropriate choice or consent has been obtained.
